Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you notice any issues with the completed job within 7 days of service, please contact us. We will inspect and correct any workmanship-related concerns at no additional cost.
Sealcoating Warranty
Sealcoating is a protective surface treatment and natural wear is expected over time. We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty against:

Major peeling or flaking not caused by traffic, weather, or debris

Missed areas during application

Coating failure due to improper application
Not covered:

Tire scuffing
-
Oil, gas, or chemical spills

Tree sap, moss, or organic staining
-
Damage from snowplows, shovels, or pressure washing
-
Cracks reopening due to ground movement
-
Damage from traffic before full cure time (48 hours)
Crack Filling Warranty
Crack fill helps reduce water penetration but will not permanently eliminate cracks. We warranty crack filling for 30 days against material failure (material completely missing or popped out due to improper adhesion).
Cracks may reappear due to ground movement, frost heaving, or heavy traffic. These are natural and not considered a failure.
Patching/Repairs Warranty
For pothole or patch repairs, we provide a 1-year workmanship warranty against major failure (sinking or crumbling) as long as the issue is not caused by poor base conditions, drainage problems, or heavy loads beyond design.
No Refund Policy
Because materials and labor are permanent once applied, refunds are not offered. However, if there is a workmanship-related issue covered under warranty, we will inspect the area and correct it as needed.
Customer Responsibilities (to maintain warranty)

Keep all traffic off the surface for at least 48 hours (longer in cool or humid conditions)

Avoid sharp turning or hard braking on fresh coating

Ensure proper drainage and surface preparation if required

Report any concerns within the warranty period
